Why should I become a member of Woodford Racing Club? 
A Woodford Racing Club membership is a great way to support the Club and the local community and enjoy fantastic race day benefits. As a member of the Woodford Racing Club, you’ll be able to find exceptional value for our New Years’ race day, including an additional pass for a guest and complimentary drinks. 

Does my membership application need to be ratified by the board to join as a new member? 
Yes, new members will have their application approved by the board at the next committee meeting. If your application is declined for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 

How can I pay for a membership?
Memberships can be purchased online via secure payment with a Visa or Mastercard. 

Is there a dress code for Woodford Racing Club events?
With the Woodford Racing Club racing on New Year’s Eve annually, the dress code that is encouraged and celebrated by our patrons features the best of summer-fashion. For example, sunhats, linen shirts, summery dresses are worn by our racegoers.

Who can use a Guest Pass?
The guest pass can be used by any non-member you would like to bring on race day.

What will I receive in my membership pack?
A Membership includes a primary membership card, a guest pass and two (2) complimentary drink vouchers.

When will I receive my membership pack? 
Membership packs are normally sent 1-3 business days after purchase for confirmed members, please allow more time during the busy renewal period.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen? 
Membership cards can be replaced by contacting the club (service fee may apply). The old card will be cancelled and a new one will be issued. 

Is there a Members’ car park? 
No, we have ample on-site public parking to accommodate attendees. 

How long does a membership last? 
Technically, a Woodford Racing Club membership season follows the racing season, which is 1 August – 31 July. As we only race on New Year’s Eve, we recommend renewing in time for our main race day.

If I can’t attend a race day, can a friend or family member use my card? 
Yes, another person can use your membership pass if you cannot attend. Membership cards are scanned upon entry to the racecourse and can only be scanned in once.

Are there any reciprocal rights with other race clubs? 
There are no reciprocal rights for a Woodford Racing Club member at this time.
